In this 3 hour workshop, we will use meditation, journaling and yoga nidra to experience the tantric practice of pratyahara–the withdrawal of the senses. Using these tools, we will have the opportunity to quiet our bodies, minds, and spirits in order to really be alone with ourselves.  By removing outside stimuli and bringing our attention and awareness within, we can access a careful listening to our unique, innate wisdom.  

    What might you hear if you asked yourself difficult questions when you were calmly and lovingly alone with yourself?  What would you learn if you were prepared to truly listen to your inner knowing? Armed with that understanding, how might you show up in the world as your truest, most authentic self?
