This special two hour journey weaves together the gentle energy of Reiki, the nurturing support of restorative yoga, and the soothing resonance of live sound healing set in the warm glow of fairy lights!
Tracy will guide you through fully supported postures designed to calm the nervous system while receiving hands-on Reiki energy work to clear, balance, and restore the subtle body. Roxanne’s soundscape of singing bowls, chimes, and sacred tones will invite the body and mind into deep relaxation-a meditative state where true healing can occur. Her tuning forks applied to the body will raise and re-set both on AND around your body’s energy field.
No yoga experience is needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be held in an atmosphere of peace, compassion, and energetic renewal.
